Order Processing Time:
Please allow a minimum of 7 business days for order processing.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees vary based on the destination and the number of items purchased. To get an accurate shipping cost, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your mailing address. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically and displayed along with your total.
Shipping fees are also influenced by the size, weight, and number of packages in your order. Larger items and additional products may incur slight surcharges. The total shipping charges will be shown on the checkout page.
Delivery Time:
Typically, products are manufactured and shipped within 7 business days after purchase. Standard shipping times range from 12 to 15 days, depending on the destination country and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Tracking and Important Information:
You will receive a tracking code via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to track your package online at any time. Orders are delivered directly to your home. If the tracking code indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your nearest post office.
If you receive the wrong size, please contact our customer support via email. We will need three images showing the measurements (chest size, length, and sleeve size) as evidence. We will then send you the correct size at no additional cost.
Note: We ship worldwide from various warehouses. Please be aware that the delivery times mentioned may vary during the Christmas and holiday seasons.
